1. What size are your soaps?

Since they are handmade, our soaps weight will generally have slight variances based on design but all are guaranteed 4 oz. 

2. Do the soap bars have any chemicals in them?   

 To be frank all soap has chemicals in it, namely lye. After the saponification process happens with the plant oils, milk and the lye, there is no more lye remaining to react with your skin in a negative manner. Unlike some of your cheaper, more commercial soaps, our bars do not contain hormone disrupting, carcinogenic, or body damaging chemicals.

3. What Soap should I use for eczema?

All of our soaps have nourishing oats that can assist in many skin conditions, including eczema. I recommend the neem & turmeric from the facial collection as the epitome of sensitive care. After that any in the exotic and facial collection would be great. Many customers also tell me the Oatmeal, Milk, and Honey to do great for there skin.

4. What makes you qualified for this?

I have a masters in plant science and have studied plant medicinal properties for several years. Using this background, I have formulated soap recipes with skincare at the forefront. After many positive reviews from people with several sensitive skin conditions, I am well qualified.

5. I have an infant with sensitive skin and want something special for them. Do you do baby editions?

Yes I can make  any of your favorite bars 'baby edition' with no fragrance/essential oil. Your breastmilk can also be used to formulate a skin solution for your child and can help with cradle cap, eczema, diaper rash, as well as moisturizing dry or irritated skin. Contact us for more information!

      6. Do you do refunds?

We DO NOT do refunds. If there are any issues with your order/bar please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt and we can discuss a resolution.
